おおくにあきこ

著述業(雑誌・単行本執筆)を通じ、社会学、文学、文化、アートに精通し、広く世界を見通す視野と広く発信する経験を有す。当団体設立メンバーであり設立後は全体統括者として当団体の主軸を担ってきた。2007年にインドで学校を建設した学生と知り合い、PTA活動でインドを伝える活動を3年間続け、インドの子どもたちの置かれた状況、教育の未整備の改善に自らの志を見いだす。当団体の代表となり、以後、アートを媒介にインド農村部の教育の整備を目指す「ウォールアートフェスティバル」の活動を重ね、2011年に特定非営利活動法人格を取得し、理事長就任。2012年以降、専任となり、毎年3回ほど現地を訪れ、風土を体験しつつ現地の人々とウォールアートフェスティバルのプログラムを組み、全体統括。2014年にラダックで芸術祭を開催し、グローバリゼーションによる社会問題を目の当たりにしてからは、対象地域の社会環境問題に着目し、家を建てる身体的体験を通じて現状を知る「ノコプロジェクト」を牽引。これらの経験から考察した結果、この地域を豊かに育むために、村人が得意とする農業を拡充し、コミュニティ内で元からある農業を充実させる活動に踏み出す。将来的には、PTA時代から取り組んで来た日本とインド農村部の青少年の交流を通じて、日本の子どもたちの経験値を上げ、ひいては日本の未来を明るく育むことを目指している。

Akiko Ookuni (Director General)
Born in Tokyo. She covers book reviews, does interviews and writes extensively on traveling and culture as a freelance writer. She has been dispatched to several countries like France, U.K., Australia, China, and Vietnam for above works.
While writing work, she has been directing various productions as an executive art director of Blue Bear. Inc.
By taking advantage of art direction experience, she launched up the Wall Art Project, a registered trust in Japan, and became its Director General.
She has been organizing an International Art Exhibition ‘Wall Art Festival’ in local areas of India.

ディレクター 兼 コーディネーター
浜尾和徳

1985年、福島県生まれ。東京学芸大学にて初等・中等・高等教育教員免許取得・卒業後、教員になる前に日本を外から見る視点を持ちたいと考え、インドへ。教育学を活かし現地のNGOが運営する学校でボランティアをしつつ、ヒンディ語を身につけ、日本とインドのプロジェクトを結ぶコーディネーションを行う。 2009年、ウォールアートプロジェクト設立に参画。以降、副理事長かつ現地コーディネーターとして年の半分をインドに滞在し、日本語、英語、ヒンディ語、ローカル言語を駆使し、現地の青年たちと実行委員会ウォールアートプロジェクト・インディアと、okazu塾を組織。ビハール州立マガダ大学大学院にて社会・労働福祉課程を修了。現地での制作準備、ネットワーク作り、学校・行政・警察とのやりとりなど、プロジェクト実現の実務を担う。インド農村部における草の根レベルのニーズを掘り起こし、一時的でなく、持続可能な支援方法としてアートを媒介にした教育支援=ウォールアートフェスティバルと、現地の住民との対話を礎にしたコミュニティ構築=ノコプロジェクトを実践している。日本とインドの子どもたちが共に学びあう場を両国につくることを将来の目標にしている。

Kazunori Hamao (Director, Coordinator)
Born in Fukushima, Japan 1985. After graduating from Tokyo Gakugei University, he raised up money by doing a part time job, and went to India as a volunteer coordinator in Niranjana School.
During his stay in Bodh-Gaya, Bihar, he finished a Post-Graduation Course in the Department of Labour and Social Welfare at Magadh University. He has many Indian friends who call him by the nick name “Okazu”.
He speaks Hindi and often organizes executive committees for the Wall Art Festival with local people.
He is a core member of WAF. At present, he lives in a village with the Warli tribe, and is getting familiar with their culture, and connects them to Japan.

トゥシャール ワイェダ

okazu塾イン ワルリのデザイン担当。
WAF2013、2014のバナー、フェス当日のプログラムなどのデザイン、ワルリ画のイラストなど、持ち前の画力を思う存分に発揮しビジュアル制作で活躍。壁画制作の貴重な戦力でもある。

He is designer of OKAZU juku in Warli.
He designed a banner and program brosher with Japanese volunteer for WAF2013, 2014 and utilizing the ability of drawing for the success of each project. He is a precious person for artists as assistant, too.

フェスティバル開始前から周囲の人々に広報活動を行い、一人でも多くの人をWAF2013に呼ぶために尽力。本番では、壁画制作、凧隊、通訳と持ち前のオールマイティさを発揮し、各所に引っ張りだこに。
フェスを支える主戦力として活躍。

Mayur Wayeda
He announced about WAF to the people around him and tried to call many people to WAF2013 as far as possible.
In the Festival, he did remarkable work for Wall Painting team, Kite team, and interpretation almighty so was needed every team.
He performed as key member of WAF2013.

2012年11月にデリーで開催された日本のアニメ・マンガイベントで
okazuと共にWAF広報ブースを切盛り。
それをきっかけにWAFに積極的に関わるようになる。
フェスティバル本番では凧隊のインド人チームリーダーとして要的な存在に。
壁画制作のサポートにもあたる。

Harshad Vayeda
He managed the WAF booth with Okazu in the event that introduced Japanese Animation and Manga in Delhi on Nov.
2012. Since then he came very close to WAF. In the WAF, he became a key person as the leader of Indian Kite Team.
He also supported making Wall Painting.
